Two friends, one window
A room they kept describing in a notebook.
In this fictional concept, Mara Velez and Ellis Park are longtime friends who first met sharing early cafe shifts. They kept a notebook of what they wanted their own neighborhood room to feel like, then filled it with light, good coffee, and a counter that leaves room for a hello.
Coffee approach
Bright enough to notice, easy enough to return to.
North Window keeps the coffee list short and lets each cup have a little space. Espresso leans balanced, filter coffee changes with the season, and every note is an invitation to taste rather than a rule to follow.
Morning counter
A small spread, made for the first hour.
Cardamom buns, jam toast, and olive-oil cake share the counter with a few small bites. This fictional menu is a snapshot for exploring the template, not a promise of stock or service.
