Your information and how we use it.
Contact form notice added September 5, 2026. The checkout notice below remains effective July 29, 2026.
When you contact us.
We send your name, email address, optional business name, selected plan, and message to dar@tailosites.com so we can respond to your inquiry. Your email address is used as the reply address. Messages are held in our email correspondence; this form does not create an account or add you to a mailing list.
Cloudflare processes the submission and email delivery. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and temporary request limits to reduce spam; your IP address and browser signals may be processed for those checks. Application delivery logs record a reference, provider message ID, and outcome, rather than your message text. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents.
For questions about your inquiry or to request deletion of your correspondence, email dar@tailosites.com.
What we collect
Business and signer information.
Checkout collects the business display and legal names, signer name and title, business email and phone number, business mailing address, selected plan, promotion codes, approved public launch date, agreement confirmations, typed signatures, and transaction timestamps.
Security records include expiring session identifiers, verification status, limited request attribution, agreement hashes, document hashes, and audit events. Public pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits and performance timing. Tailo does not use that service for cross-site behavioral advertising. Public abuse protection may use Cloudflare request information and hashed actor and resource keys in short-lived, location-local rate-limit counters. Tailo does not write the raw IP address or the rate-limit key to its application logs. When PayPal verification is enabled, Tailo may retain the provider event and transaction identifiers, subscription, product, and plan identifiers, event type and status, setup or recurring charge classification, amount, currency, billing dates, timestamps, payload hash, and hashed merchant and delivery identifiers. Tailo does not retain the raw webhook, PayPal access token, client secret, payer email from the event, PayPal password, or payment-card information. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification, medical information, or payment-card information.
How it is used
Contract preparation, security, and delivery.
Information is used to verify the signer, calculate authorized pricing, generate the Order Form and Website Services Agreement, preserve signature evidence, deliver the completed PDF, administer the service relationship, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Tailo Sites does not sell personal information or use checkout information for cross-site behavioral advertising. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change checkout behavior because the checkout does not perform cross-site tracking.
Storage and sharing
Private service records.
Structured checkout records are intended for private Cloudflare D1 storage. Completed agreement PDFs are intended for private Cloudflare R2 storage. Cloudflare processes this information as the hosting and storage provider. When transactional email is configured, completed PDFs are sent to the verified customer email through that provider. When PayPal verification is configured, the Worker sends the original event and PayPal delivery headers back to PayPal solely to verify that PayPal sent the message. PayPal separately collects and processes the payment information entered on its approval page.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the parties or service, or to professional advisers who are required to protect it.
Retention and choices
Keep only what supports the transaction.
Expired verification secrets and sessions are removed on a short schedule. Abandoned unsigned checkouts are scheduled for deletion after the checkout expires and the operational recovery period ends. Effective agreements, signatures, consents, audit evidence, and completed PDFs are retained during the service relationship and for the applicable contract, tax, dispute, and legal retention period afterward. A legal hold may extend retention.
After signing, a customer may use the verified checkout session to submit an access, correction, paper-copy, or deletion request and receive a request receipt. Submission starts an operator review. It does not automatically change or delete an agreement, signature, payment record, legal hold, or information that must be retained. If the checkout session is unavailable, email dar@tailosites.com. Tailo Sites will verify the requester before changing or releasing checkout information.
Changes and contact
Material updates will be posted here.
The effective date above will change when this notice is materially revised. Changes do not silently alter an agreement already signed.
